Club Med Columbus Isle

it will be our sixth stay last one was in May 2011...so excited to be back and just having a few last minute questions:

- what is the dinner dress code from 14th - 21rst?
- on the 15th / on Thursdays, what is the am schedule for Club Med Gym ie abdo-fessiers, stretching, pilates etc
- around what time is the sun rising - for a comparison in May it was around 5.50am
- is there a well working threadmill and/concept 2 rower in the gym currently?

You are sooo lucky to go to CI for the SIXTH time. Now I am very jaleous because I only went there twice :-(

I don't know what the dress codes are but as far as the sun goes
