This is Grace from Singapore. Was there last Dec (08) and recently June this year. I don't remember introducing myself but you'll definately recognise me. And even if you don't recognise me, i'm pretty sure you'll not forget my 2 boys (Leroi & Elroi)
The boys loved your karate comic skit with Ara. And when they see you, they won't fail to show you a karate move or two, and say
" Hai-yaa...." Ring a bell ?

I have always been a GM, but for many many years and over 100 stays in Club Med.

No.. I have not been to Kani. The only Asian villages I went to up to now are Mauritius Island, Phuket and Kabira.

What I heard about Kani from my son, who is a good diver, is that if you do not dive, there is not much to do. The island is very small and the offered sports are rather limited. If you dive, it's a paradise.

It's difficult to make a good choice !

As a matter of fact, i don't dive. I've chosen Kani to celebrate my wedding anniversary, as Maldive have always been my dream destination, for the longest time. And with the recent promotion Clubmed has, i thought it would be a good time to visit.
But i'm a big fan of the sun, sand & sea...... does that count?
haha :)

All I can say is... I was glad to help you and ENJOY the sun and sand in Kani.

When you return, please give me your thoughts about this village. A friend of mine (GO) just returned from there and he is back to Europe now. (I wonder how he feels like in a few weeks to live in noise, autumn weather, etc etc...)

Have a great time and give me some news from time to time.
