Club Med Bintan Island

Hi there!

Can anyone tell me something about the GO team and the CDV in Bintan? Do they provide a lot of attractions for GMs? Is it a lively village or more quiet one?

Its more of a quiet village, especially in the 'off' season.. LOL.. it was amazing when we were there 2 weeks ago though. STaff are amazing, and really active, you can get involved in as much or as little as you like.

Can I ask for those who've gone to Bintan recently (between end March till most recently)..who's on the circus team?

Just got back from Bintan this week and the circus team is the best! All very experienced, with exceptional shows. Hiro is still the chief, Dane and Byron do most of the catching, and then there are Saya and Claudia. I believe Hiro and Saya will be moving to Japan late April.

Do you know where Steve has gone?

Do you mean Steve who is in charge of training all the GOs? He's still at Bintan and although not working in the circus team, he is in all the circus shows. Same for Nat, who I believe is the events coordinator and another girl (her name might be Chan Chan from the boutique, but I'm not sure about this)

I have been interested in applying to club med to be part of the G.O team, i have a friend working there currently.
But does anyone know who i can get in contact with to try and start applying for a job.

You will have to apply with your regional human ressources departement. If your application is accepted, they will send you to a village with an opening for an appropriate posibition.
Not sure where you'll have to get in touch with from the UAE though. Here's the Club Med jobs link for France (in French). If you do not read French, choose a different country.
