Club Med Bintan Island

Hello you all!

Nice forum you have, I could get a lot information about CM in Bintan.

As my wife and myself are going to Bintan for honeymoon on mid August 2005, we were asking us about the risk of malaria?

Is their any serious risk?
Should we plan to take malaria pills, etc?

I was there for 8 months and had no problems...
No risk for malaria as far as I know....
Actually I don't think I even was bitten by a mosquito....More so sand flies..
